REGENERATION

L&Q began work with the Council and local residents in 2007. Since then, the project has evolved from a stock transfer into a regeneration scheme.

It retains its key principles, but is now able to access government funding for the building of the new homes. This is assisting us in overcoming numerous challenges including the financial implications of the global economic crisis, the fall in the housing market and the Grade II listing of six prefabs.
